Terms & Conditions:

  • Promotion runs from 15th Sept to 11th Dec 2022.
  • Promotion to take place Nationwide in Zambia.
  • Persons must be 18 years and older to participate.
  • Only codes entered within the promotional period qualify.
  • Unique codes can only be found on limited, promotional packs of Whitespoon Household 1kg and 2kg, and entrants are only eligible for prizes after purchasing either of these packs.
  • Unique codes can only be used once, and the number of entries per person will be monitored and limited to valid codes entered only.
  • Valid entries can only be received through our unique USSD line, the mobile portal www.whitespoon.mobi or by scanning the branded QR code. For the USSD line entrants must dial *885*180# and enter their unique code and follow all prompts. No sms/text charges will be made for the entries submitted.

  • The final cash prizes are K50,000 grand winner, K25,000 runner up and K10,000 consolation prizes allocated to each of the 10 Provinces of Zambia.
  • Participants will receive an instant response via text advising if they have won any instant prize; instant prizes will be awarded in the form of airtime in increment values of K5, K10, K20, K50 and K100
  • Participants will only receive the final prizes after internal verification and presentation of proof of winning, in the form of Text Message from Airtel, MTN and Zamtel Only, and National ID to be presented where necessary. Locations and times for collection of physical prizes to be communicated (excluding instant airtime prizes).
  • Customers must collect their prizes by the date provided to receive prize. Customer forfeits the right to prize if not collected by date provided 31st January 2023.
  • Prizes are provided as is and cannot be altered or exchanged for cash.
  • Winner(s) must sign a receipt/acknowledgement form for physical prizes. Airtime prizes to be instantly credited to the winners cell phone numbers.
  • Zambia Sugar, its employees and/or their representatives do not accept any responsibility if the winning participant is not able to claim the prize by the date stated.
  • Winner(s) may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Zambia Sugar and their representatives reserve the right to use the name(s) and location of winner(s) in any form of publicity for transparency of the promotion. Winners authorize this by signing the receipt/acknowledgement form of the prizes.
  • Employees of Zambia Sugar or any associated companies of Zambia Sugar participating resellers / retailers, persons who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes a participant's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Zambia Sugar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to modify any of the rules, promotion period or other terms and conditions at any time.
